Jacob Henderson
Jungian Coach at Praxis | Depth Coaching for Men at a Crossroads
Finding the path to authentic growth through intentional curiosity.
There are seasons of life when the path you once trusted no longer fits.
A marriage ends. A career loses meaning. Fatherhood stretches you beyond what you knew. Faith changes. Old identities collapse. What once felt certain becomes unfamiliar.
These crossroads can feel painful and disorienting—but they can also become the beginning of a more honest and meaningful life.
I offer coaching for men who sense they are being called into growth, clarity, and a deeper relationship with themselves.
My approach is thoughtful, grounded, and growth-oriented. Together, we explore the patterns, fears, and hidden strengths shaping your life so you can move forward with greater intention and authenticity.

My Coaching Philosophy
I believe many struggles emerge when something in us is ready to grow but we resist the pain, uncertainty, or change required.
Most people are taught that pain only teaches us how to protect ourselves from being hurt again.
I believe pain can also become a doorway to deeper strength, resilience, and self-knowledge.
Coaching is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming more fully who you are.
My work helps clients bring hidden patterns into awareness, understand the crossroads in front of them, and move forward in ways that feel aligned, courageous, and true.
A Little More About Me…
I am a father first and foremost. Raising six children has shaped me in ways no book or theory ever could. Fatherhood has taught me humility, resilience, laughter, sacrifice, and love.
My own life journey has included profound change, loss, rebuilding, and the search for meaning beyond inherited structures. Those experiences deeply inform how I walk alongside others.
I live in Reno, Nevada and spend as much time as possible in nature, especially in the Sierra mountains and Lake Tahoe with my children and friends. I also enjoy music, meaningful conversation, and lifelong learning.
Jacob is a Jungian-oriented coach with experience supporting men through identity shifts, fatherhood, personal growth, and life reinvention. His work draws from Jungian theory, social neuroscience, spiritual philosophy, and lived experience as a father and former pastor.
An Important Note About Coaching
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Coaching is designed for personal growth, clarity, goal alignment, and life development.
