Is this therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on growth, direction, responsibility, and intentional action rather than treatment of mental health conditions.
What if I feel stuck but can’t explain why?
That is common. Many clients begin there.
Is this only for executives?
No. It is for anyone carrying responsibility and wanting to lead their life more intentionally.
Can coaching include fatherhood or marriage concerns?
Yes. Leadership includes how you show up at home as well as at work
