Make Meaning Out of Your Suffering and Grow Into Your Potential
You may look capable on the outside while privately carrying anxiety, relationship strain, burnout, loneliness, or a growing sense that life no longer fits the person you are becoming.
Therapy offers a place to understand what is happening beneath the surface, heal what is unresolved, and move forward with greater strength, clarity, and purpose.
I work with men, fathers, couples, and individuals who want more than symptom relief—they want meaningful change

My Counseling Philosophy
I believe many forms of suffering are signals, not merely symptoms.
Beneath anxiety, conflict, depression, or confusion there is often grief that has not been honored, fear that has not been faced, pain that has not been understood, or a self that has not yet been fully lived.
Therapy can become a place where these deeper realities are named and worked through with courage.
My approach is relational, depth-oriented, and practical. Together we identify the patterns shaping your life, understand the story you have been living inside, and begin building a more honest and empowered one.
I do not believe most people are broken beyond repair. I believe many are stuck in adaptations that once protected them but no longer serve them.
A Little More About Me…
My own life has included meaningful hardship, change, and seasons that demanded growth. Those experiences shaped both my compassion and my conviction that pain can become a catalyst for transformation when faced honestly.
Outside the office, I most value being a husband and father. I also love nature, building things with my hands, reading deeply, meaningful conversation, and adventure that reminds a person they are fully alive.
